The Syrian young man, Wassim Hijazi, was able to innovate a new system that can connect the house to the phone, despite the difficult economic conditions and the lack of capabilities.

Wassim explained, “The idea started almost 4 years ago, specifically in 2018, when I searched for a project within the scope of my passion, programming and electronics, so I chose to design electronic circuits with a processor that I programmed however I wanted.”

The young man talked about the beginning of his system in controlling the lighting of the house, then the water pump, and later developed to sense the danger inside the house and activate the solution directly, according to Al-Jazeera.

He added, “A circuit was installed in the kitchen, which can measure temperature and humidity in addition to the air quality in the place,” explaining that the circuit can detect if there is a gas leak or any flammable materials or even smoke, and then the ventilation fans will operate first and withdraw the existing air so that no combustion or smoke occurs. Explosion.

After that, the project evolved into creating a system linked to a solar energy converter that reads the information, the capacity of the panels, and the energy withdrawn, and works on the balance if the day is not sunny.

He pointed out that the system he devised can be controlled from anywhere in the world because it relies on the Internet, and its cost is relatively cheap, and it depends on the equipment and the need of the consumer.
