Gwyneth Paltrow had to answer for her comments. The 50-year-old actress took to social media to clarify her diet, which she previously discussed in an interview with The Art of Being Well podcast. In particular, she mentioned that she periodically practiced fasting, often ate beef broth and vegetables, and also took long steam baths.

Many social media users reacted in disbelief to Paltrow’s words, accusing him of “starving himself”. Therefore, Gwyneth recorded a video message for subscribers, where she further explained the features of health care. She said she was using different dietary approaches and procedures because she was trying to get rid of the long-term effects of the coronavirus that she had.

“I eat A LOT more beef and vegetable broth. I have full meals. And often I have days where I eat whatever I want, eat fries and whatever,” the Shakespeare in Love star admitted. “My goal is to try to recover and eat in a way that really brings the system back to normal. So…hope this helps.
