Russian Ambassador Antonov: US arms deliveries to Kiev cause crisis geography to expand

The American administration provokes the widening of the geography of the crisis on the Ukrainian territory by continuing to supply arms to the Kiev regime. This opinion was expressed by the Russian Ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov, his words were published on the Telegram channel of the Russian diplomatic mission.

The diplomat spoke about the new $350 million military tranche approved in Washington for Kiev. In particular, he pointed out that the US administration assiduously turns a blind eye to the corruption of Ukrainian colleagues. All of this, Antonov continued, is being done by America with the aim of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia at all costs.

“With its measures, the administration is only pushing the Ukrainian radicals to new terrible acts,” the ambassador said.

According to the head of the Russian diplomatic mission, the United States prefers not to think that by adding fuel to the fire, the American side contributes to expanding the geography of the conflict.

“Such actions jeopardize the security of all of Europe, increasing the risk of a direct confrontation between Russia and NATO,” Antonov concluded.

Last Monday, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced that Washington had decided to allocate an additional $350 million in military aid to Ukraine. This is America’s 34th support package for Kiev since the start of the special operation.
