The municipality of Al-Sheehaniya also issued an administrative decision to close the “Gal Cafeteria” for a period of 5 days, in violation of Law No. 8 of 1990 regarding the regulation of human food control. The duration of the closure is determined according to the discretion of the competent municipal director according to the type and gravity of the violation as determined by the law, noting that the duration of the closure does not exceed 60 days at a time, and the closures multiply by repeating the violations, and that it is not permissible to open the closed shop or start the activity or perform maintenance during the period of closure. Violation of this will result in criminal liability.
