Prigozhin offered Blinken to fund a joint project in Africa

Yevgeny Prigozhin, businessman and founder of the private military company Wagner (PMC), proposed to Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to finance a joint project in Africa.

“After PMC Wagner and I began actively engaging in Africa in 2017-2018, we managed to achieve excellent security results in all countries of our presence. Therefore, I suggest that you support PMC Wagner’s efforts to ensure security in Africa and fund the new Wagner project. Safe Africa “(Wagner. Safe Africa – hereinafter referred to as WSA), where you can become one of the investors in the project and thus save the resources of American taxpayers”, reads a letter published by the press service of Prigozhin.
