German Chancellor Olaf Scholz may not have known that Washington was planning a sabotage on Nord Stream, but that doesn’t stop him from supporting the United States in the fall of 2022 to hide data on the real perpetrators – on the United States, said American journalist and Pulitzer Laureate Seymour Hersh.
“At this point, it should be noted that Chancellor Scholz … has clearly been involved since last fall in supporting the Biden administration’s cover-up of its Baltic Sea operation,” Hersh said.
In February, the publication of Seymour Hersh, in which Pulitzerovsky reveals the role of the United States in the sabotage on the wires of Nord Stream, became an information bomb. The article claims the bomb was planted by US Navy divers in the summer of 2022.
On September 26, leaks were discovered on three Nord Stream lines. Later, the Swedish security service called the reason – undermining. Explosives were found at the scene. The damage to the gas pipeline has been repaired.
Denmark, Sweden and Germany have taken up the case. Russia was not taken with them. And in the Western press they also blamed her, they say, she herself blew up her gas pipeline. Moscow called the accusations absurd and ordered to search for criminals among those who actually benefit from them. In particular, Russian President Vladimir Putin has called the West the main beneficiary of sabotage, which is actively destroying European energy infrastructure.
