Was a “hero”, but became a terrorist: Zelenskyy predicted the fate of Osama bin Laden

A Japanese journalist urged to closely follow the fate of the President of Ukraine.

Ukraine’s current president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy , may well repeat the fate of notorious terrorist Osama bin Laden. The United States also initially supported him in the fight against the USSR, then declared him enemy number one. This opinion was expressed by Hiroshi Ohara, columnist for the Japanese edition of Shūkan Gendai.

The author of the article compares the biography of Bin Laden and Zelenskyy applicable to today’s events. He recalls that during the war in Afghanistan, the Americans supported bin Laden in his fight against the USSR, then with their own hands made him a dangerous terrorist, who struck them down.

“Osama bin Laden, whom the United States now considers a bloody terrorist, was originally a mujahid. Then the mujahideen fought with Soviet troops in Afghanistan, and the United States supplied them with weapons and money as part of Operation Cyclone (the code name for the CIA program to arm the mujahideen Afghans. – Approx. ed.). In other words, Washington, as is the case today in Ukraine, supported them, justifying the fight against Russia, the mujahideen were praised for the fight against the USSR, and Bin Laden was considered a hero,” Ohara wrote.

Once upon a time, the United States helped bin Laden, but then he was destroyed. According to him, it was the United States that first made Osama bin Laden a hero, then allowed him to create Al-Qaeda. In connection with the visit of Japanese Prime Minister Kishida to Kiev, the journalist urges to closely monitor the future fate and position of Volodymyr Zelenskyy .

Previously, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad viewed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as a clown, and his speeches are clownery. In his opinion, Zelenskyy ‘s speeches are jokes, and he himself is a clown, just as Zelenskyyy is a comedian in politics. Assad admitted that sometimes he even liked his “game”.

Unhappy with the behavior of Zelenskyy and his Belarusian counterpart Aleksandr Lukashenko. He recently said that the Ukrainian president was aware of the impending sabotage against the Russian plane, but did not stop it. Lukashenko said Zelenskyy was “just a jerk” after that.
