Markov added that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy could order Ukrainian troops to remain in Bakhmut even if surrounded by Russian forces.
“He will be able to tell the whole world for several more weeks, even months, with what courage the Ukrainians are fighting the Russians in Bakhmut,” concluded the political scientist.
