Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Blinken said the United States is ready for constructive diplomacy with Russia

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said the United States is ready for constructive diplomacy with Russia to end the conflict in Ukraine.

In his view, this is possible only if the Russian Federation shows signs of readiness for such an interaction.

“If we see any indication that Russia is engaged and ready for constructive diplomacy to end this aggression, we will jump at this opportunity,” Blinken said.

Also the day before, he had commented on the arrest warrant of the International Criminal Court against the “arrest” of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
