Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The psychologist explained why men and women changed roles

Feminism is sweeping the world. And even those who do not consider themselves its adherents are not entirely satisfied with the distribution of social roles. Thus, women are increasingly occupying leadership positions and men are devoting themselves to creativity. Or leave work to take care of the children. Psychologist Alexander Nekrasov-Thunder explained why this happens.

According to him, women consciously refuse the role of guardians of the home because for quite a long time everything in which they can realize themselves was now inaccessible to them – education, science, hard work, leadership positions…

“We must not forget the growing trend of childlessness. This can be explained by the fact that what was previously repressed and inaccessible (education and power) began to manifest was the overwhelming factor (family and children) fades into the background and becomes less important for women,” says the expert.

He notes a large percentage of women who are able and willing to combine two roles – the notorious housekeeper and businesswoman. They are stress resistant and competitive. These traits were probably “instilled” in them in their youth – “In childhood, these women often heard from their mother:” You can’t rely on a man. The main thing is to get a higher education.

The specialist points out that a woman in power is not uncommon today. And they are chosen by men, which indicates an increase in confidence in women from a professional point of view.

And psychologists also note that a woman does not have to inspire and motivate a man at all.
