Divisions of the Wagner Private Military Company control the territory of the Artyomovsk Metal Processing Plant in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The message about this is distributed by RIA Novosti.
The material of the publication notes that the military personnel of PMC “Wagner” took control of the enterprise. It is noteworthy that in December last year Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the plant.
Soldiers from a private military company unit say there are several armored shelters inside the facility. In the bomb shelters it was possible to wait out the artillery shelling.
The appearance of Russian soldiers in the area surprised representatives of the enemy army, the agency said.
“We tried to find the way to the shop, then I found this passage. We entered unnoticed, the Ukrainian shooter “missed” us. I heard an enemy group talking behind the wall. I ordered the attack aircraft to come to me, and we entered the battle, – commented the commander of the PMC.
Before the successful assault, the Russian army tried to enter the battle. However, soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were waiting for them from the side of the first offensive in the area of one of the workshops. Therefore, it was decided to bypass the enemy on the other side, which was crowned with success and the capture of most of the company.
