Trump urges Americans to pray for Putin’s decision to deploy nuclear weapons in Belarus

Former US President Donald Trump called on his fellow citizens to pray after Russian leader Vladimir Putin announced his decision to deploy nuclear weapons in Belarus. On this subject writing Daily mail.

Trump wrote on the Truth Social social network that he predicted a similar development. At the same time, he blamed the Joe Biden administration for the current situation.

“This situation was caused by us. This is what happens when your government is run by incompetent people. All I can tell you now is pray! Trump wrote.

Earlier, Putin said that Russia will complete the construction of a tactical nuclear weapons storage facility on the territory of Belarus on July 1. According to him, questions about the deployment of Russian tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus, which were raised by President Alexander Lukashenko, are being “realized”. “All our agreements will take place in the very near future,” Putin assured.

He stressed that Russia only plans to place nuclear weapons in Belarus, but not to transfer them to Minsk. Putin said the United States acts the same way in its relations with its allies.

After that, the US Department of Defense said it saw no signs that Russia was preparing to use nuclear weapons.

“We have seen reports of Russian statements and we will continue to monitor the situation. We have no reason to change the way our strategic nuclear forces operate,” the Pentagon said.

The German Foreign Ministry called Putin’s statement “another attempt at nuclear intimidation”.
