Roskachestvo named popular cheese brands among Russians that have not been tested in the laboratory. Vegetable fats have been found there. These products are best avoided in stores.

Cheese, given its cost, is forged quite often – experts say and remind you to make a kilogram of a quality product – you need at least a bucket of milk.

To reduce production costs, many manufacturers save on raw materials and replace milk with vegetable or animal fats: as a rule, it is palm oil, it is affordable and cheap. At the same time, it is harmful to the body, and the cheese in which it is contained cannot be called real.

It is impossible to identify a fake in a store. This requires laboratory testing. Experts decided to check 30 brands of “Dutch” cheese, which were purchased in various regions of the country, including Primorye. Details are reported by PRIMPRESS.

Of the 30 samples, four were found to be of poor quality. Phytosterols are found in it, these are substances that accurately determine the presence of vegetable fats in cheese. Cheese produced at enterprises in St. Petersburg, the Kursk region, the Stavropol Territory and the Novosibirsk region was recognized as fake.

The best of the cheapest turned out to be cheeses of the “Red Price”, “First Business”, “Syrobogatov”, “My Price” and “Belebeevsky” brands.

Earlier it became known that the Russian Ministry of Health has identified conditions in which citizens can be temporarily denied social services at home, in a semi-stationary form and in a stationary form.
