A resident of Krasnodar will be tried in the Shcherbinovsky district on suspicion of falsification of documents

In the municipality of Shcherbinovsky, a citizen of Krasnodar suspected of falsifying documents will be sentenced. As for the 63-year-old man, the investigation of the criminal case under part 1 of article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation has already been completed. The relevant documents have been submitted to the court. The accused faces up to 2 years in prison.

Thus, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Kuban Interior Ministry reported that the suspect, being the head of a private security company, entered false information in the license of his company in order to obtain a contract for the provision of services. According to investigators, according to this data, his private security company could protect educational organizations. The ministry added that the man put the company’s services up for auction and won the tender.

Earlier, The Eastern Heraldin Kuban wrote that a 41-year-old resident of Shcherbinovsky Municipality will be sentenced on suspicion of falsifying documents.
