Residents of Rybinsk and Yaroslavl note that the water rose higher than usual in the Volga. In Rybinsk, on the embankment, a motorboat dock was flooded, only the railing protrudes from the water. And near Yaroslavl, the long-standing gardens “Kommunalnik” and “Beryozka-2”, located under Yaroslavl along the Volga, on the banks of the Velikaya River, began to flood. The water flooded the roads, passages and the territory of the sites. The height of water in the two gardens is respectively 15 and 10 cm.
