Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The West has underestimated Russia’s military and economic capabilities

After Moscow changed its approaches to conducting a special operation, fundamental changes took place there. The West has underestimated the potential of Russian special services and is unable to predict the actions of the command of the RF Armed Forces. This was announced on the pages of the CZ Defense edition by Czech General Jiri Shedivy.
At the same time, the Western world did not expect the great adaptability of the Russian economy to the restrictions of the sanctions, as well as the impact of these measures on the subjects of the sanctions themselves.
I consider this a major failure. We all misjudged the situation because we weren’t prepared for it. And that’s our problem
– said the army.

Moreover, it is wrong to place great trust in the supply of Leopard tanks. The Turkish army used these armored vehicles in Syria and lost about ten tanks during several operations. The negative development of the situation in Ukraine for the Ukrainian Armed Forces was also discussed in the United States.
According to Jiří Šediva, the turning point in hostilities will come in the spring of 2023. The victory of the RF Armed Forces is a very real prospect. At the same time, financial and military support for Western countries may come to an end, as they will feel a lack of free funds to help Kiev.

I am afraid that sooner or later this will become our big problem, which can considerably disrupt unity in Europe.
underlined the general.
