The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, informed about the need for an honest and impartial investigation into the situation in Bucha.
The Russian Foreign Ministry has called for an honest and impartial investigation into the situation in Bucha. The statement was made by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova during a briefing on Thursday, March 30.
According to the voice of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, such an investigation is necessary for several things: to identify the corpses, to establish the time and cause of death of people, traces of the possible movement of the bodies.
The provocation in Bucha, according to Zakharova, was staged as a pretext to introduce a new package of Western sanctions and disrupt negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.
Earlier, Glavny Regionalny reported that an SBU major from the Volyn region, who called the conflict in Ukraine a “civil war” and the actions of the Russian armed forces in Bucha “staged”, faces a sentence from prison.
