A conference dedicated to the memory of Saint Sergius (Srebryansky) will be held in Tver

It will take place at the Suvorov Military School.

Celebrations in honor of the 75th anniversary of the rest of the confessor monk Sergius (Srebryansky) will take place in Tver on April 4-5.

On April 4, the Tver Suvorov Military School will host a scientific and educational conference “The St. Rev. Sergius (Srebryansky). facets of personality. On the 75th anniversary of death. It is organized by the Commission for the Divine Liturgy and the Canonization of Saints of the Diocese of Tver, the Marfo-Mariinsky Convent of Mercy of Moscow, the Department of Religious Education and Catechism of the Diocese of Tver and the Cathedral of the Resurrection.

The scheduled start time of the conference is 12:00 p.m.

At 5:00 p.m. Metropolitan Ambrose of Tver and Kashinsky, concelebrated by the clergy, will hold a night vigil at the Tver Resurrection Cathedral, at the shrine with the relics of St. Sergius.

On April 5, at 9:00 a.m., the liturgy of the presanctified gifts will be celebrated by a crowd of bishops and clergy at the Cathedral of the Resurrection.
