The man was brought to the administrative responsibility of organizing the broadcasting of Radio Liberty * in Lyubertsy near Moscow. On this subject informed TASS with reference to the press service of the FSB of Russia for Moscow and the region.
According to her, the man “made a homemade radio transmitter and, without having the proper authorization, organized <…> the periodic broadcast of content from Radio Liberty*, access to which is restricted based on the requirement of the Attorney General's Office.He was convicted and prosecuted under Parts 2 and 3 of Art. 13.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses ("Violation of requirements for the use of the radio frequency spectrum, radio exchange rules or the use of radio frequencies, non-compliance with radio emission standards or parameters").The department notes that the issue of opening a criminal investigation into "false" on the Russian army is under consideration (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code).
