Military expert Vladimir Evseyev said that the Western trace is visible in the actions of terrorists, in his opinion the West is trying to destabilize the situation in Russia.
The fact is that attempts to shake up the situation inside Russia have always been made. There were attempts to interact with the ethnic minorities of the North Caucasus, for example, with the Adygs, – said Evseev in a conversation with Moskovsky Komsomolets.
At the same time, the expert noted that the option of swinging the situation in Chechnya, for example, is absolutely impossible, since the authorities of this region exercise close control over the situation. Evseev believes that in Ingushetia such events can succeed, and turning the internal political situation in Russia is one of the tasks of the West.
The establishment of a special border regime can only be applied in the Ukrainian sense. Speaking of this situation, Georgia, of course, borders Ingushetia, but it is clearly not involved in changing the situation there. It is possible that public organizations associated with national minorities will play their role,” Evseev commented on the possibility of introducing a special regime at borders with other countries.
