Baked pasta with prawns, cream and cheese

In the recipe we have prepared for you today, shrimp is one of the unusual ingredients. Plus, they’re made with white wine, fresh cheese and cream, so they’re very filling, then baked with parmesan cheese before serving. An amazing meal!

Baked pasta with prawns, cream and cheese

Ingredients

300g pasta

1 leek

1 clove of garlic

100g fresh cheese

½ glass of white wine

200g prawns

300 milliliters of liquid cream

80 g of parmesan

4 sprigs of parsley

Pepper

Olive oil

Recipe

  1. Shell the prawns and brown them in a pan with a few drops of oil.
  1. Remove them when they start to change color.
  2. Peel the leek and the chilli.
  3. Wash them and chop them with the peeled garlic.
  4. Add two tablespoons of oil to the same container and sauté the chilli, garlic and leek for 3 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with wine, let cool for 1 minute and add the cream.
  6. Bring to the boil and add the diced cream cheese.
  7. Add salt and cook for a few more minutes over very low heat until the cream thickens slightly.
  8. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, about 2 minutes less than indicated on the package.
  9. Add it along with the shrimp to the pan.
  10. Season with a few washed and chopped parsley leaves and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  11. Put in one or more separate containers suitable for cooking, add the grated parmesan.
  12. Bake for a few minutes.

ADVICE:

It will turn out very tasty if the shrimps are replaced with cubes of boiled ham.
