According to the opening statement, following the depressurization of the navigation system during the transfer of petroleum products from the platform to the tanker, liquid entered the water area. To eliminate the incident, the authorities were alerted. The collection of oily liquid was carried out by the rescue ship “Baltika”, the support ships “Sakhalin” and “Aleut”. A helicopter was used to monitor the water area, according to the official page of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the NAO in VKontakte.

During the development of the practical part of the event, the personnel of the Prirazlomnaya platform, the emergency rescue teams on constant duty at the Prirazlomnaya OIRFP and in the rotation camp, the ships, aviation, oil collection equipment, and other equipment and equipment designed to protect the coastline were involved.

In addition, during the exercise, scientific research of the Russian Emergencies Ministry was tested to assess the dangers of potentially dangerous underwater objects, the consequences of burning oil and oil products and to determine the extent of damage in an emergency.
