Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Doctors told how kidney health is at risk with the onset of heat

With the onset of heat, people increasingly walk the streets, ride scooters and rollerblades, eat barbecues cooked in the fresh air. All of this can jeopardize the health of the kidneys.

According to therapist Ruslan Tarasenko, walking in the hot spring sun makes you want to cool off. In shops and cafes, many people buy lemonades or cold coffee. Under no circumstances should you get involved in such drinks. They affect the condition of the kidneys.

  • Caffeine contributes to the development of urolithiasis. Not good and a lot of fructose from juices and lemonade. It’s the same sugar. In large quantities, fructose leads to obesity, increases blood pressure and negatively affects the functioning of the kidneys, including increasing the risk of stone formation, – argues a fellow nutritionist Kirill Strelnikov.

He adds that a love of barbecue can also create kidney problems. It’s not just about overeating, but also about sauces like mayonnaise and ketchup. With meat, it is better to eat more fresh vegetables.

In the spring, physical activity also increases. The weather is suitable for riding scooters, bicycles, roller blades and skateboards, easy to fall. The scrapes and bruises themselves aren’t terrible, but the kidneys can suffer from ground impacts.

“If after the incident you notice blood in the urine, consult a doctor immediately,” said traumatologist Sergei Maslov.

Earlier, Glavny Regionalny wrote that dietitian Andrey Bobrovsky called fish the cheapest and healthiest fish.
