In the regional center, the contractor began to repair two streets – the 128th Rifle Division and Novgorodskaya. This was announced on his Telegram channel by the head of Pskov, Boris Elkin.
He pointed out that in this context, a restriction for vehicles is being introduced in the city. So, in the period from April 7 to April 14, cars will not be able to drive along the segment of the street of the 128th Rifle Division from Heroes-Paratroopers Square to Soviet Army Street.
Second, traffic along Novgorodskaya Street will be restricted. The passage to houses no. 7, 7A and 9 will also be closed. Provisionally, the work should be completed by August 28.
“Now the contractor is sawing the hatches, next week he will start dismantling the side stone, then he will remove the old asphalt and lay the new one. The road season has started,” commented Boris Elkin.
