The Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Jordanian Prime Minister hold an official talks session and a bilateral meeting

His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and His Excellency Dr. Bishr Hani Al-Khasawneh, Prime Minister of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, held an official session of talks today, at Sheikh Ali bin Abdullah Palace.

His Excellency the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Jordanian Prime Minister, also held a bilateral meeting after an iftar banquet held by His Excellency in honor of his country and the accompanying delegation on the occasion of their visit to the country.

During the talks session, they reviewed the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and ways of supporting and developing them, especially in the fields of economy and investment, and discussed the latest developments in the occupied Palestinian territories. During the session, the two sides expressed their strong condemnation of the repeated Israeli attacks on the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and expressed their deep concern that these provocations would lead to an expansion of the circle of violence in the region, and stressed the need not to prejudice the historical and legal status of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and also stressed the important role The Hashemite Custodianship over Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.
