Britney Spears has taken to social media for refusing to ‘work’ with a personal trainer for criticizing her figure. “Two months ago, I took the time to find a coach,” explained the singer in the comments of the video in which she dances. “And the first thing she did, literally – I’m not lying – ripped the skin off my stomach and my legs and said I had to give my young body back.”

Moreover, the interpreter of the hit “Lucky” continued, no longer holding back his emotions. “What… did she do that?” she noted. “It made me cry. As a result, she got out of work and I do everything myself!!!

The negative experience didn’t stop Britney from keeping her body in shape. “I train 45 minutes, 3 times a week, just like that!!! I hate working too long. I’m sharing this because I’ve worked hard to get in shape and I don’t like paparazzi pictures!!!” Spears concluded.
