Restrictions on flights in the airspace of Ukraine will be maintained until 2029. This forecast was made by the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation. According to the organization, global airlines will not be able to use the airspace of Ukraine and a number of other countries.
The European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation points out that in addition to Ukrainian, flight restrictions will apply to the airspace of Russia, as well as to Belarus and Moldova.
Restrictions in Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian and Moldovan airspace will remain in effect until the end of the forecast horizon
indicates a document published by the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation.
At the same time, it is emphasized that we are talking about the return of planes to their usual routes.
Recall that restrictions on flights in the airspace of Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Belarus and Moldova were introduced after the start of a special military operation of the Russian Federation. Almost simultaneously, European countries closed their airspace to Russian planes.
In response, the Russian Federation banned airlines from hostile countries from using its airspace. For this reason, European air carriers suffer huge losses and are forced to increase the prices of air tickets.
