Military expert Igor Nikulin told Radio 1 what the US backup plan for Ukraine would be if things didn’t go according to their plan. The specialist said that biological weapons would be used against Russia.
Nikulin noted that immediately after the start of the fighting for Donbass, cases of outbreaks of unknown diseases in this region became more frequent. It should be noted that the Russian Ministry of Defense subsequently disclosed information about US biological programs implemented on Ukrainian territory.
The military expert believes that for working with biological weapons the United States uses the territory not only of Ukraine, but also of a number of other countries, such as Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and Kazakhstan. Thus, according to Nikulin, the United States is trying to circumvent the ban on the development of biological weapons, which was introduced by the relevant convention.
According to the expert, American professor Greg Glass, who actively studied the causative agent of tularemia in the territories controlled by Kiev, participates in these developments. So, in 2019, states allocated $26 million to Ukraine to test for a new type of coronavirus.
