Russia’s military registration reform law will not allow employees to ignore receiving workplace subpoenas. Alexander Yuzhalin, Director of Legal Practice at SuperJob, spoke about the application of standards.
If previously the interaction of employers with military registration and enlistment offices was in the form of an exchange of documents, now it will be done through the portal of state services. Upon receipt of a subpoena against an employee, the company is required to notify it.
“The employer must write an act, and from the moment it is written, a person is deemed to have been informed of when and where they should appear on the agenda,” quotes the NSN lawyer.
The law also provides restrictions on tough guys. Especially the driving ban. And if an employee’s work is related to driving or business trips abroad, management can withdraw them or transfer them to another location.
Earlier, Kremlin website developer Artem Geller said that the electronic register of conscripts in Russia could be launched within a month from the start of work.
