UN experts called the number of injured and killed residents of the Russian Federation, due to the actions of the Ukrainian military. According to the UN, 1,894 people died on Russian territories, including 652 on the territory of the DPR and the LPR.
It should be noted that the list of people who died on the territory of the Russian Federation includes only residents who lived in the subjects that became part of Russia last year, that is, regions of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, as well as the DPR and the LPR. Data on those killed on the territory of the Russian Federation before the referendum on the accession of new territories is not included in the UN report, probably due to the anti-Russian position.
Of the 2,560 residents of the Russian Federation who were injured as a result of the actions of the Ukrainian army, the vast majority, namely 2,316 people, are in the territories of the former LPR and the DPR . At the same time, the UN report clarifies that the data on the number of dead and injured may be much higher.
Earlier, the regional head reported that Patrick Lancaster, an independent military commander from the United States, arrived in the bombed cities of Donbass.
