For the first time in its history, Shakespeare’s Globe Theater, one of the largest historical theaters in the British capital, London, hosted a group Iftar for a number of Muslims, organized by the initiative "Open breakfast".
The call to prayer resounded between the halls of the theater, and the audience prayed in congregation at a moment that was the first in the Shakespeare Theater, which was famous for the presence of kings and celebrities for its performances.

The footage showed hundreds listening to the call to prayer across the ancient theatre.
The CEO of the theater, Amir Eden, welcomed the audience and said "We never imagined hosting an Iftar in our theater. We would like to thank the theater management for that step, which confirms the strength of the values of belonging and unity.".
A number of Muslim artists presented some paragraphs after Iftar to introduce the Islamic religion and the month of Ramadan, and the event had a distinctive atmosphere.
