Russian leader Vladimir Putin met Vitaly Mutko, CEO of Dom.RF. The President said that the Russian government was currently discussing the possibility of additional support for families, demographics and fertility, and also raised the question of the prospects for the introduction of advantages for the purchase of housing in the secondary market.
Mutko answered that among Russians “secondary” is more preferable, since housing in this segment is much cheaper than primary. Putin added that the introduction of benefits would also be helpful for the construction industry.
Previously, prices for secondary housing in Russia were rising at 7.5% per month.
