In Russia, for unauthorized entry into a protected facility, there is a risk not only of being fined up to five thousand rubles, but also of 40 hours of compulsory labor or arrest of up to five days. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Based on the text of the document, changes are made to Article 20.17 of the Administrative Code. Henceforth, for unauthorized entry into a guarded facility of the Russian Guard, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Federal Security Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, institutions of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation or facilities assigned to the authority in the field of mobilization training and mobilization, a fine is set from 5,000 rubles to 10,000 rubles, compulsory labor for a period of 40-60 hours or an administrative arrest for a period of up to 10 days.

Previously, the Federation Council had approved the law on the unified register of military archives. According to the standard, subpoenas can be duplicated electronically. They can also be sent to citizens in writing against receipt or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
