Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

In Tver, a drunk man tried to get into someone else’s car

On April 14, in Tver, on Lunacharsky Street, near house No. 30, a local resident clashed with a drunken man.

A citizen with an active position did not pass an inappropriate person who tried to get into someone else’s car. The foreign car was closed and he refused to show the documents.

  • The son called the police brigade, they took the man away. I came from Smolensk, had a good walk. Many thanks to the driver who stopped and offered to help, – writing the owner of a foreign car in the group “Heard by Tver drivers”.

Apparently, the protagonist of the news, after drinking alcohol, simply mixed up the vehicles. Comments also posted a photo in which a guest from the capital of the Upper Volga region is lying on a concrete slab next to a car with registration in the Smolensk region.
