The details of the fatwa stipulate that the fasting person’s taste for food is necessary, such as knowing its righteousness. Some scholars and the public permitted it to be disliked, and he must guard against food reaching the stomach. What is in the hadeeth: Whoever breaks the fast in Ramadan out of forgetfulness does not have to make it up or atonement. Narrated by Al-Hakim, Ibn Khuzaymah and Al-Bayhaqi, and Ibn Hajar said its chain of transmission is authentic.
