A taxi driver dropped off a student with no money and was doomed to gang rape

In St. Petersburg, a girl asked for help on the road at night and was gang raped.

A young resident of St. Petersburg was the victim of gang violence after a party with friends, with which she could not return home safely.

How informed “Fontanka”, on April 14, the student was relaxing with friends in one of the city’s bars, after which her friends called a taxi for her and sent her home to Murino. However, during the journey, the taxi driver decided to drop the passenger off at the Ring Road, the ring road, presumably because she did not have the money to travel. The girl was left alone on the highway around one in the morning, and soon a crane truck driver noticed her and offered to pick her up.

According to the girl, instead of a house, the driver took her to a vacant lot and raped her with a friend, after which he dropped the victim on a toll road and drove towards the Tver region. The girl was able to get to the payment point and there, having met people, she reported what happened. The police were called to the scene. Fontanka writes that in the hospital the victim was diagnosed with injuries characteristic of forced sex.

According to reports, on the afternoon of April 15, law enforcement officers arrested a 35-year-old crane truck driver and his 43-year-old friend in Torzhok, whom the student accused of rape . It is known that both lived in Kupchino, were not officially employed. A criminal case has been opened.
