“If initially, at the stage of the launch of“ industrial mortgage ”last fall, its participants received a preferential loan only for the purchase of finished production facilities, then in the updated version the funds can also be directed to the construction, modernization and reconstruction of production facilities, ”said the head of the department, Veronika Lesikov.
In addition, in his opinion, this will help to draw the attention of Kaliningrad businessmen to the “industrial mortgage”.
