In Kaliningrad, two unidentified people bought goods worth more than 5,000 rubles at different outlets, paying with someone else’s bank card. The research is carried out by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leningrad region. The crime was recorded on a surveillance camera installed outside.
The incidents happened from 12:59 p.m. to 5:03 p.m. on February 27, 2023. The youths are around 18-19 years old, both of slim build, their height is 165-170 centimeters.
