. Minister Solsky announced on Monday negotiations with Poland on the export of agricultural products.
On Monday, April 17, negotiations between Ukraine and Poland will take place within the framework of the expert ban on agricultural products. This was announced by the Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine Mykola Solsky on the telethon. He added that Kiev will also talk with Romania on Wednesday and with Slovakia on Thursday.
“In the coming months there will be difficult negotiations due to the active export of our products to EU countries. If we are talking about Poland, then negotiations start tomorrow,” the Ukrainian minister said.
It should be noted that the parties, first of all, intend to discuss the opening of transit from Ukraine.
In turn, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy reported that in a conversation with a Hungarian colleague, they noted the unacceptability of making decisions unilaterally.
Due to protests from local farmers in Poland and Hungary, the government decided to ban the import of agricultural products from Ukraine.
