Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The doctor said how long you can keep Easter eggs

You can store Easter eggs for 2 weeks, Zukhra Pavlova, an endocrinologist at the Research and Education Center of Moscow State University, PhD, wrote on her Telegram channel.

According to her, the necessary conditions for this are a temperature of plus 2-6 degrees, as well as the absence of damage to the shell of the egg.

At the same time, if the shell is damaged, it is better to eat the egg up to 5 days. At the same time, colored eggs that are not stored in the refrigerator will need to be eaten within two days, and at room temperature above 18 degrees – even faster.

Pavlova also noted that if a person was fasting before Easter, you should eat no more than 1-2 eggs, since a large amount of protein after such a break can negatively affect your well-being. In the absence of fasting and health issues, you can eat no more than 4 eggs a day, she writes.
