New Delhi. Delhi Excise Scam: Manish Sisodia, accused in the liquor scam, has once again received a setback from the court. Will his judicial custody be extended or will it end? Today an important decision of the court has come on this. In fact, the judicial custody of former Delhi Deputy CM and Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia was over, after which he was once again produced in the court. News agency ANI has shared a video in which it was seen that he had reached Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. His judicial custody in the CBI and ED case related to the liquor scam was over after which he was produced in the court.

Manish Sisodia finally did not get relief in the excise policy scam case. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has extended his custody. In the case related to ED, Manish Sisodia has been facing serious allegations of corruption regarding the liquor scam. After which today the Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of Sisodia till April 27 in the CBI case, while in the ED case the custody of Manish Sisodia has been extended till April 29. Along with this, the counsel present there on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate has told the court that the investigating agency will file the charge sheet by the end of this month.

It is being told that along with Manish Sisodia, the judicial custody of accused Arun Ramchandra Pillai and Amandeep Dhall has also been extended in the Excise scam case. The Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of Arun Pillai and Amandeep Dhall till April 29 in the case registered by the ED.

Hearing on bail on April 18 Let us inform that tomorrow i.e. 18th April is also a special day for Manish Sisodia. On this day, an important hearing is also to be held on the bail plea of ​​former Deputy CM of Delhi. After getting a jolt from the court today in the liquor scam, Sisodia will be hopeful of his bail plea tomorrow.

When was Manish Sisodia taken into custody? Manish Sisodia was taken into custody by the CBI on February 26 in connection with the alleged Excise Policy case of Delhi. He was taken into custody after a long interrogation of Manish Sisodia. Manish Sisodia is currently lodged in Tihar Jail. One of the difficulties faced by Sisodia is that the Enforcement Directorate has also tightened its noose on him. In the same liquor policy case, the Enforcement Directorate investigated money laundering and arrested Sisodia.

Let us tell you that on April 3, the court had given custody of Sisodia to CBI till April 17 and on April 5 to ED till April 17. After the Deputy CM of Delhi in the liquor scam case, the difficulties of CM Arvind Kejriwal may also increase. In fact, on Sunday, the CBI had interrogated Arvind Kejriwal for about 9 hours. Kejriwal himself told that CBI had asked him 56 questions and every small and big question related to excise policy was asked to him.
