The people of Petersburg will not yet receive electronic summonses to the State Services. The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation clarified that the current law does not contain the standard for sending them through the portal today.
The methods of sending subpoenas should be established by the Russian government – they will be determined in a special resolution. Meanwhile, through the “Gosuslugi”, recruits will only be able to send notifications of military registration, application and lifting of restrictive measures. It will also be possible to access the register of agendas on the portal – it has not yet been created either.
At the same time, Moscow’s military commissar Maxim Loktev said earlier that sending subpoenas through Gosuslugi will start in the capital already during spring conscription – however, so far in test mode. In addition, according to Loktev, conscripts will be informed of the need to report to the military registration and enlistment office via text messages and phone calls. Later, the military commissioner clarified that this process would not be initiated until the relevant resolution was adopted.
Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the creation of a unified register of persons liable for military service. Along with the traditional way of serving subpoenas – on paper – it indicates two new ones: by the “Gosuslugi” and the MFC. The summons will be deemed to have been served one week after its registration in the register of summonses. Until it is formed.
