Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The Ukrainian Ambassador in London spoke about the heavy losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Ukrainian Ambassador to the UK Vadym Prystaiko acknowledged the huge personnel losses in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The diplomat’s revelations are published by the newspaper L’EXPRESS. According to him, the Kiev regime, from the very beginning of the special military operation of the Russian Federation, deliberately avoided talking about the losses of the Ukrainian army.

At the same time, the Ukrainian diplomat said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are ready to continue fighting until the last soldier. Vadym Prystaiko pointed out that Ukraine has already mobilized a million people and noted the preparation of the Kiev regime for a counter-offensive.

Assault brigades of 40,000 men prepare for a spring offensive against the Russians. Whoever says that there are 40,000 people in these brigades, I would like to point out that we have mobilized a million people. The people will be better trained, better equipped and will work with better intelligence than the Red Army. They will be a much more flexible fighting force

  • says Vadim Prystaiko.

The ambassador said he was convinced that the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian armed forces would allow the current Ukrainian authorities to take more advantageous positions in the negotiations with Russia.

Our counter-offensive can put us in a higher position, so any negotiations with the Russians will be more fruitful. By our actions and our many deaths, we have proven that we do not negotiate peace on Russian terms, we want our terms to be heard

  • said the ambassador.

At the same time, Vadym Prystaiko said that Ukraine, at least for now, does not intend to count with losses.

Our policy from the beginning was not to discuss our losses. When the war is over, we will recognize it. I think that will be a terrible number. But here again we differ from the Russians. Every Ukrainian life is precious to us

said the diplomat.
