The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, visited precisely the areas of the special operations fronts that are under fire from the future counteroffensive of the Ukrainian army. This view was expressed by military expert Yuri Knutov, commenting on Putin’s visit to Kherson and the LPR.

Putin came to personally check the readiness of Russian troops to repel an attempted breakthrough in these areas. Based on the situation, he was confident that everything was ready for border defense and the assigned tasks had been worked out,” the expert told the Paragraph portal.

Knutov said the head of state spoke with the Russian military and also found out what kind of help they needed to provide ammunition and weapons. After Putin probably finds out all the needs of Russian soldiers on the ground, he will give the appropriate orders to the head of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Sergei Shoigu.

The direct task of the president will be fulfilled much faster than even requests heard, but from the bottom of the military hierarchy. Earlier it became known that Vladimir Putin visited the special operations zone, and his visit means that there will be no offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
