In the Zheleznodorozhny administrative district of Kursk, the prosecutor’s office checked the implementation of sanitary-epidemiological legislation in kindergartens.
It turned out that in the preschool institution, contrary to the requirements of the annual chemical treatment of bed linen, disinfection was not carried out.
In addition, no agreement was concluded with a specialized organization, no money was allocated for these purposes, reports the press service of the department.
In this regard, the prosecutor’s office sent a complaint to the court, in which it asked to oblige the city education committee to finance the processing of bed linen, and the preschool institution to conclude an agreement. The authority complied with these requirements.
