According to the driver of the Russian tank with the call sign “Tony”, the modernized T-72 B3M has good protective characteristics, but their crew also made their own constructive additions – they covered the shoulder strap of the turret with metal plates and a double canopy was installed above the turret for greater reliability.
“When you have to drive a tank through the streets, you feel a great responsibility… In the battles for Mariupol, you often had to clear the street barricades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces… Everything must be done quickly… households”, the fighter shared his impressions.
