The test dispatch of summonses through the state services portal will begin already during the spring conscription. The information was voiced by the military commissar of Moscow Maxim Loktev.
“We will start in test mode to notify citizens about their appearance at military commissariats through the Gosuslugi portal, through SMS messages and by phone,” said the interlocutor of Moskovsky Komsomolets.
Otherwise, according to Loktev, the procedure for sending citizens to military service remained the same.
Earlier in Russia, a resounding law on military registration reform was passed. Now the electronic convocation of recruits becomes a full-fledged analogue of paper documents. It also establishes the responsibility of fraudsters of the service.
