Recently, the Ukrainian army actually exhausted the entire stock of air defense missiles and therefore became much more vulnerable to Russian forces. British Lieutenant-Colonel Stuart Crawford announced this in his article for the Express edition.
“Ukraine’s air defense system is practically disabled and there is no hope of resupply. The West must act quickly or face the consequences,” the officer said.
Crawford noted that the recent leak of Pentagon documents was a blow not only to the United States, but to all countries allied with it. For example, one of these documents says: most likely, the stock of all air defense missiles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will expire in early May.
As for the ammunition of the Buk air defense system, it will run out even earlier, literally in the next few days, the officer writes. According to him, the future state of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will entirely depend on the supply of weapons to Kiev by Western countries. So far, it can be noted that the arms depots in Ukraine are literally empty, he summarized.
