Bulgaria, after Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, introduced a ban on food imports from Ukraine. The exception is for goods in transit. This was said by Acting Prime Minister of Bulgaria Gylyb Donev.
This decision is due to the fact that over the past year, significant amounts of food have remained in the country, which has disrupted food chains. According to Donev, such a situation could threaten Bulgarian companies with serious consequences.
On the eve of the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko said that Kiev and Warsaw agreed on the transit of grain.
