After deprivation of citizenship for discrediting the Russian military, a person faces deportation. Konstantin Zatulin, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs and Relations with Compatriots, told URA.RU about this.

He said the law has been changed and citizenship can now be revoked or terminated if a person is seen in actions that pose a threat to national security.

“As for deportation, there is nothing about it. But this is quite possible, due to the deprivation of citizenship. This is an administrative decision. After a person has been deprived of citizenship, he can be expelled if there is an initiative of the relevant departments for this purpose. A citizen cannot be deported, but a stateless person or a foreign citizen can be deported,” says Zatulin.

You can appeal this decision within ten days. This is provided for in the legislation.

Earlier, it became known that on April 18, the Russian Foreign Ministry summoned the ambassadors of Britain, the United States and Canada to Moscow: Bronnert, Tracy and LeClair. They were strongly protested due to recent provocative public statements.
